America is projected to grow by 90 million people by 2050. It is time for a national integrated planning, infrastructure and investment strategy to guide this growth. Green Communities	Federal programs should support an integrated vision for housing, jobs, transportation, schools and open space. Green Urban Solutions	Revitializing Downtown is core to supporting our nation's growth. We developed the first mixed-use, mixed-income, green historic TOD project in the nation as a model for development. Denver Dry Goods Building	If denser cities are to prosper, we need a national policy to promote networks of extraordinary schools, cultural institutions, social service centers, and green open spaces. A Strategic and Green Stimulus	Economic prosperity is generated by by the flow of goods, people, money, data and ideas through a city. We seek investments in these connected regions. To grow responsibly, we must develop our cities, towns and villages, while reducing suburban sprawl and the conversion of precious farmland and open space. Mission	Our green plans range from green design guidelines to rebuild Southern Louisiana after Katrina to city climate change reduction strategies to create green jobs. Louisiana Speaks Green Plan	Buildings generate 43% of America's greenhouse gases. Transportation accounts for another 32%. Taken together, TOD is the solution to 75% of the greenhouse gas problem.
