Other Fund assets include Tapestry, a mixed income multi-family project being built to LEED Silver and Enterprise Green Community Criteria standards in East Harlem, and the historic Clipper Mill mixed-use complex in Baltimore, Maryland. An adaptive re-use of mill buildings, Clipper Mill won a 2008 ULI Award for Excellence.
